1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how ML ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Username / Account ID — entered voluntarily when submitting a reward redemption request.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Identifier — a random ID generated on first launch, used solely to link your redemption requests to your device. It is not tied to your name, email, or any personal account.
  • App Usage Data — points balance, spins, daily gift progress, and redemption history are stored locally on your device only.

We use the following third-party services, each of which may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill your reward redemption requests
  • Identify your redemption requests if you contact us for support
  • Improve app performance and user experience

We do not:

  • Sell your data to any third party
  • Build advertising profiles
  • Link your data to your real identity

4. Data Storage

All your progress (points, spins, daily gifts) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not operate a user account system or a cloud backup service. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all locally stored information is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

5. Advertising

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect and process data as an independent data controller, including your device's advertising identifier (GAID/IDFA) and interaction data with ads. We do not receive or control that data.

You may opt out of personalized advertising:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable tracking

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted a redemption request, please contact us and we will delete the associated data promptly.

7. Data Retention

Redemption request data (username, tier, device ID, timestamp) is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill and verify the request, and for a reasonable period thereafter for dispute resolution. After that period it is deleted.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your redemption records
  • Object to processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect the information submitted through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the App after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
